When he started Beyond CRM he rallied his best CRM associates from near and far, with a vision to bring the power of CRM to the masses. He’s a stickler for dealing with integrity and drives the team to be customer focused and pragmatic.
Jane joined Warren in the management of Beyond CRM in 2016. While working in high level marketing positions in the corporate world, she used to be a silent partner in the business. Now that she’s joined the team, she’s never silent. With responsibility for Marketing as well as Operations, Jane is essentially in charge of getting stuff done and making sure that great customer service is everyone's number one focus.
Dave has been with us from day dot. He manages our client facing consultants to get to the bottom of what our clients are trying to achieve and how to get them there. He’s seen it all and got the badges when it comes to using CRM to solve business problems. When you work with us, Dave rouses the troops behind the scenes to make sure your project is delivered to the highest quality.
Scott joined the Beyond CRM team in 2018 as a Client Engagement Lead and we're thrilled that he did. He brought with him a wealth of experience in leading Dynamics 365 projects as a well as his golden voice (he'll sing for you if you ask). Scott's standards are sky high so you'll certainly get a quality outcome with Scott at the helm of your project.
Derek is a foundation member of the Beyond CRM team and he’s worked with Warren for eons. Our clients call him ‘The Guru’, but we just call him Derek to keep his ego in check. Derek is relentless in solving our client’s tricky problems or requirements. He manages our team of developers who work under the bonnet of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and make the magic happen.
